This is an all-inclusive cost that covers the Idaho-approved curriculum, the final examination, and the immediate processing of your official certificate of completion. There are no hidden administrative or "filing" fees.
Drivers are eligible for a three-point reduction on their driving record once every three years. While the course can be taken more frequently for insurance premium discounts or employer requirements, the ITD point credit is restricted to this three-year interval.
Upon completing the course, your certificate will be immediately available to you as a PDF download. You are responsible for printing, signing, and submitting the certificate directly to the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD).
Completion of this ITD-approved course results in a reduction of up to three points from your active Idaho driving record.
